Speed training without equipment - 2 Speed drills can implement the athlete to get Fast!

Speed is essential for competitive athletes today. As strength and conditioning specialist, I have trained athletes aged 8 years and as old as 57! One thing that people have in common is that they always want, need or have the resources of a fully equipped training center at their fingertips. Therefore, the only thing everyone needs is knowledge! I added the two points that can be implemented, I learned how someKnowledge of training that I shared with the athletes over the years.
