sprint drills to help you improve your performance sprint

If you are interested in improving your performance, you should always take-sprint exercises in the training program throughout the year. Remember to be consistent throughout the season off with the sprint drills. Remember that if you have a lot of effort into your training you will one day run the fast times that you are capable. So, here are some basic exercises you can incorporate sprint season to you alledge against the competition.

Sprint Drills # 1 - The Clap Skip

In this exercise, you should really smart so that the parallel to the ground and try to clap your hands while focusing jump. Keep in touch it, to stay on top of the balls of your feet and try to keep the heel on the ground.

Sprint drills # 2 - The Drill Marching
