Running agility exercises increases your ability to jump quickly to a high quality basketball. Cut the course of a basketball game that you have jumped for a rebound, got a jump shot, cut someone in the defense field, leave it open to get the ball and countless other things that require your ability to be fast. Increasing the ability to move quickly and is important in different directions. Use these exercises to be more agile and fastPlayers.
Exercise 1: Cone-Jumping
1. Line up next to a 6-inch cone.
2. Jump in with both feet together back and forth continuously over the cone for a given period. (10, 15, 20 / 2)
Exercise 2: jumping rope
1. Get a jump rope.
2. Jump with both feet.
3. Switch to jump on the right foot.
4. Switch to jump with the left foot.
Drill 3: Leg Bounds
1. Line along the baseline
2. Stand with your legs, arms locked to the sides,and knees bent.
3. Jump as high and as far as possible, lay down their arms and the extension of your body.
4. Country in the same starting position and immediately jump.
5. Keep jumping until you reach the basic measure.
Drill 4: Goto Line
1. Stand with your toes in the direction of the line.
2. Jump over the line as quickly as possible, while on your toes. Let your heel touches the ground. You should also jump as close to the line canwithout touching the line.
