You learn by doing. As a child I saw a boy walking along the street while dribbling a basketball between his legs. I decided I wanted to be able to go to the street while dribbling the basketball through my legs. I practiced and practiced and practiced. And now I can dribble the basketball through my legs. Here are 4 holes to help your skills.
Exercise 1: Wall Dribbling
1. Faced with a wall and dribble a basketball with his right hand.
2. Start dribblingthe head with his arm extended to about 90 degrees. Dribble, not the palm with the fingers. Furthermore, it should follow the wrist up and down as if you're waving goodbye.
3. Now dribble with your arm to extend a bit 'as well.
4. For the dribble with his arm fully extended.
5. Repeat with your left hand.
Exercise 2: Finger Tip Drill
1. Pass the ball from hand to hand before your body with the fingertips only.
2. Move the basketball from a lowPosition, even over your head as you tip the ball from hand to hand.
Drill 3: Jumping Rope
1. Jumping rope with both feet.
2. Switch to jump with the right foot.
3. Switch to jump with the left foot.
Drill 4: Bye Wave
1. The arm should be held before the face, arm and forearm parallel to the ground perpendicular to the arm form an L-shape.
2. Keep your hand in a position where there is armed wrinkle behind the wrist.
3.Move your hand forward and hold the position after the wave. The wrist must be consistent with the lower and upper arm straight, and the arm should be extended to the front. This is the follow-through position.
4. Repeat.
